Description
The purpose of the planned working meeting is to activate the local civil society structures. At the planned meeting in Oslo, an initiative group will be created to establish an international consortium "Digital civil forum for the formation and implementation of local policies aimed at the social inclusion and economic prosperity of the inhabitants of the mountain regions of Norway and Bulgaria".
Summary of the results
A Civic debate took place on the topic: "Opportunities of civil society to participate in the formation and implementation of local policies, through innovative, social, information and communication technologies"; Working meeting at the office of the organization "Glitch Studios AS". Achieved results: Conceptual project of the communication space "Digital Citizen Forum"; Conceptual note on the work of the initiative group on the establishment and development of an international consortium "Digital civic forum for the formation and implementation of local policies aimed at the social inclusion and economic prosperity of the inhabitants of the mountainous regions of Norway and Bulgaria".
