Description

The project is needed to increase the efficiency of systems reducing nitrogen oxide emissions, which will have a significant impact on environmental protection and help with the adaption to legally required emission standards. The aim of the project is to improve air quality by reducing NOx emissions from units 1-3 at the Turów Power Plant by 188.00 Mg/year. This will be achieved through a the construction of a complete denitrification plant that will treat flue gas from fluidized bed boilers of type CFB-670 in units 1-3, as well as storage and reagent distribution to individual units. The main beneficiaries, along with the environment, are residents in areas close to the Turów Power Plant.
