Description

The realization of this project is the continuation of activities aimed at sustainable development, which involves harmonious economic, social, ecological and spatial development. The objective of the project is the limitation of CO2 emission, to be achieved through the improvement of power efficiency in the construction industry sector. Following project realization, the conditions and comfort of rooms will be improved, the costs of object maintenance will be decreased and, most importantly, the condition of the natural environment will improve. The project will result in a decrease in CO2 emission with 1208.03 Mg/year. The cost of object maintenance in connection with, inter alia, energy production from renewable sources to the amount of 835.64 MWh/year will be decreased, and the manner in which rhey are used will be improved. Kłodzko municipality, as the owner of the buildings, will benefit from the project, as will the users of the buildings, who are mainly students and employees. The population of Kłodzko municipality as a whole will also benefit from an improved natural environment.

Summary of project results

The realization of this project was a continuation of activities aimed at sustainable development, which involves harmonious economic, social, ecological and spatial development. The objective of the project was to decrease CO2 emission. Thermomodernisational works covered 2 public utility buildings (primary schools), thanks to them after projects ending costs connected with buildings usage will be lower. Within the project over 8,3 thousands of m2 of partition were insulated, over 260 windows and doors were replaced. Interior installations (including ventilation) were modernised. The Beneficiary has installed also 10 heat pumps. Investment allowed to reduce CO2 emission (1315 Mg/year) and to increase energy production from RES (679 MWh/year). Educational conditions and comfort of classrooms have been improved, the costs of object maintenance were decreased. Condition of the natural environment was improved. Kłodzko municipality, as the owner of the buildings, benefit from the project, as well the users of the buildings, who are mainly students and employees.
