Description

The need for the project stems from the fact that the building is built around 1900 and requires insulation, replacement of window frames and the improvement of central heating and ventilation. The aim of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the main building of the Regional Police Headquarters in Kielce located in the city center. This effect is going to be achieved through the implementation of thermo-insulating walls of the building, ie, replacement of parts of window frames and improving the ventilation and central heating. The project will reduce carbon dioxide emissions to the atmosphere and increase the use of energy from renewable sources. The project will also improve the indoor air quality indoor of the building. The benefits for the Regional Police Headquarters in Kielce is in the form of lower operating costs, for the environment and residents of the city of Kielce through reduced pollution and carbon dioxide emissions, and for employees and clients by raising the standard and comfort of staying in the facility.

Summary of project results

Projects implementation has contributed to improving of energy efficiency in one building of the Voivodship Headquarters of the Police in Kielce. Within the project over 4300 m2 of partition were insulated, one internal installation and 3 ventilating installation with heat recovery were modernized. Investment allowed to reduce CO2 emission (1166 Mg/year). The Beneficiary emphasized that thanks to projects implementation also experience in projects and investments conducting has been enhanced
