Description

This job shadowing project is for leaders of partners' of SZLM School. Rural areas facing a demand of creating new enterprises, providing innovative training conditions for students.To manage this, leaders need to get wide range of vision and international experience. Meeting with Norwegian placements leaders, study vocational system and placements, can be very useful and fruitful for participants. Utilizing the experiences may develop their professional/work placement services to the SZLM school. The team is planning to study Norwegian placements; innovation (improving organization, quality assures,sustainable development), professional contacts and activities, cooperation in education stakeholders, motivating students learning the profession, ensuring high level of exercise options. Partner schools have 8 years well-functioning cooperation in exchanging Norwegian/Hungarian students in agriculture vocational education from EEA Grant/Leonardo/Eramsus+, which increase the high-quality implementation of the project. The team consists of representatives of agricultural scool partners, translator and school leader. The outcomes are the following; learning Norwegian vocational training, structures, facilities of training places,continuing partnership between places, innovation and cooperation. Th target grop consists of leaders of school’s partner, employees of companies, students, teachers and parents. The partner will organize journeys, housing, provide exchange of views in the profession, ensure realization of the program and exchange experiences with professional tutors.

Summary of project results

This jobshadowing project was for the leaders of economical partners'of GEORGIKON GK MESZSZK School. As rural areas facing a demand of creating new enterprises,providing innovative training conditions for students, leaders needed to get wider range of vision and international experiences. Meeting with Norwegian placements leaders, studing vocational system and placements - was very useful and fruitful for participants. Getting know with Norwegian partnerschool's education system,training methods and training places inspired the members of Hungarian group to take good examples in home environment – as far as possible. Collecting lots of personal and educational expreiences developed their personal, social and language competences – which leads in the future higher quality cooperation between school and training places in Hungary. Moreover they were very grateful for Georgikon school making possible participating in this innovative project. Strengthening European dimension of vocational training involving economic actors, placing higher level cooperation between education and economy - has been fully realized.

Summary of bilateral results

School partners (Szepsi/Georgikon and Voss) has been a fruitful, effective cooperation since 2007 - when they had the first application for EEA Grant. Later Lifelong Learning and Erasmus+ projects realized for students in vocational training in both countries every year. This is a new dimension of cooperation involving economic partners of education. Partners agreed on a new project in the future – job shadowing for Norwegian school and his economic partners in Hungary. Norwegian partner provided fully implementation of the program described in the application - taking into account the professional profile of group members. It was the result of a long, thorough preparatory and conciliatory work of project coordinators in both institute – as has been the case before in our earlier projects 2009-2016.Every dissemination channels - written in VIII part of the final report - can be seen on the internet.
