We have expanded the scope and reach of our services, and adopted new tools to use in addiction counselling. By involving those in recovery in the running of our organisation we have ensured that our work was grounded and sustainable, while promoting empowerment and shared ownership. Focusing on liaison work and sharing knowledge we have streamlined client journeys and brought to life a professional recovery forum of service providers. We have raised awareness by sharing personal stories of recovery, and have managed from to spark important professional discussions on this topic."
