Description

Social marginalisation is a great threat to migrant and refugee women in Hungary. One basic criteria of their integration is employment. Migrants need competency building, migrant friendly workplaces, and we have to improve the knowledge of the professionals of this field. Activities: we help migrant women by job search consultancy, we make an awareness raising campaign targeting employers, we distribute our knowledge and method among professionals and bring to life a self promoting group of migrant women The target groups are migrant and refugee women in Hungary, professionals (knowledge transfer) and employers. As a result we improve the life circumstances of 30 women, build competency of 30 professionals, and widen the knowledge of 50 organizations. We reach 500 employers and HR professionals. A community of 20 migrants will be formed. A 10-page publication on the methods of employing migrant women is going to be circulated and a 10 page efficiency study is going to be made.
