Description

The main objective of the project is the creation and development of Budapest Greenways, which is a sustainable tourism and community programme. Through our project we would like to elaborate this initiative in detail as well as to promote it and make it an example ready for adaptation with the help of domestic and international partners. The direct target group of the project are the NGOs and companies taking part in the running of greenways, whereas the wide target group are the residents of Budapest and tourists visiting the city. The potential impact of the project is to share our experiences and results for similar projects in the future: a syllabus for traning tour guides. The NGOs and companies that cooperate in this project can make use of the results individually as well. Through the implementation of our project, participants will experience enhanced self-confidence and advocacy skills, which they can later use in their work.
