Description
The Estonian Diversity Charter has 57 members with approximately 5000 employees from business and public sector and acts as a network of organizations committed to equal treatment issues. The Charter has its advisory board and functions under the auspices of the Estonian Human Rights Centre. The current project will introduce the topic of work-life balance and gender equality to the network and one of the outcomes of the project will be a strategy paper how to deal with the topic during the project and beyond. In addition, the main tool that charter members use to advance and manage diversity in their company, the diversity plan, will have a special section regarding work-life balance. Also, during the project business consultants who already have background knowledge in diversity issues will be trained regarding the work-life balance topic.
