Description
The main objective of the project is to make organizations more child-friendly and family-centered through creating opportunities for employees to combine more effectively their work and family life. In doing so, we are trying to change community attitudes towards employees who have children. The outcome of the project is allowing parents to better focus on their work without abandoning their parental responsibilities as well as to show other businesses and community members that contributing to employees work and family life is a sustainable activity. Thanks to the children playroom, parents will have the opportunity to take their children to their workplace. Children playroom will be furnished so that it dispels gender stereotypes. Taking children to work will give parents and children extra moments to be together, which also motivates parents more to do their job without worrying where and what are their children doing. The project is sustainable thanks to our readiness to recruit a baby-sitter, thanks to which we can develop the project into a child care.
