Description

NGO Liferun will implement the project “Promoting Running Culture and Network in Estonia”. The main goal of the project is to promote healthy lifestyle by sharing values of running culture, principles and by developing running network in Estonia. NGO Liferun can develop as a compentency centre in this field and it creates specific niche for NGO. For these ambitions it is planned to create strategy for marking development directions, services for different target groups and start a event series that can be done regularly as an independent event or as a part of some wider one. Project will affect all the people who are practicing running no matter what level or having an idea to start with that habit. Also it will develop cooperation and network between running organisations. Several partners are involved to project to help to fulfill set goals.

Summary of project results

The main goal of the project is to promote healthy lifestyle by sharing values of running culture, principles and by developing running network in Estonia. NGO Liferun can develop as a compentency centre in this field and it creates specific niche for NGO. For these ambitions strategy was compiled for marking development directions, services for different target groups and organise an event for intoducing running culture and tourism oppurtunities. Strategy includes network development and cooperation. Third main goal was to do thinktank event to the network organisations. Thinktank was called Promoting running tourism in Estonia. Overall project goals were fullfilled and reached. Project helped to create multilateral relations between involved organisations. Further activities are related with the implementation of strategy and action plan.
