Summary of project results

The project addressed the need of the project promoter to strengthen its professional capacity and improve its financial and organizational sustainability in order to carry out its work better. As a result of the project, the team acquired technical know-how and developed their practical skills through trainings and workshops with the support of the Centre for Alternative Development of the Rhodopes (CADR). The organized cultural activities provided the team with practical and theoretical experience by working with different target groups and resulted in the creation of informal educational art modules. The participants were introduced to new ways of teaching, which aimed at broadening their intellectual horizons and helped them improve their own creativity and professional expertise. Some project outcomes outlined new perspectives and areas for future development of the organisation. An effective partnership was established with The National School for Folklore Arts (NSFA) in the village of Shiroka Luka, which allowed for implementation of new training modules and collaborative projects. The other target groups enhanced their motivation to acquire new artistic knowledge of less popular artistic genres and aesthetic values.
