Description
The main result of the implementation of the project proposal will be upgrading the capacity of the public administration for planning and implementing energy efficiency measures and a broader integration of renewable energy sources at the city level, municipality, state. The expected impact of the project is improvement of the efficiency of public and civil servants in the elaboration and implementation of plans and measures for energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. - Perform 10 trainings in the region centers – Blagoevgrad, Veliko Tarnovo, Vratsa, Pleven, Pazardjik, Plovdiv, Ruse, Montana, Sliven, Stara Zagora. - Trained 200 employees of municipal and state administration;
Summary of project results
The project has fulfilled provided general and specific purposes. The implementation of the project led to the achievement of all deposits results as follows: • Conducted 10 trainings on the territory of Blagoevgrad, Lovech, Sandanski, Lovech, Pazardzhik, Plovdiv, Pernik, Kyustendil, Sliven, Kazanlak. • Trained 170 employees of municipal and state administration; • Conducted first working visit in partner Norsk Energy, Oslo, Norway; • Trained 4 expert team of "Advanst Business Consulting" LTD; • Conducted i working seminar; • Trained 26 employees of municipal and state administration; • Informed 1500 members of the target group and other stakeholders, recipients of an information brochure and leaflet, visitors to the information site; • Developing information site; • Provezhadane three information events; • Printed brochure with a circulation of 500 copies; • Printed information leaflet circulated in 1000.
Summary of bilateral results
Implementation of project activities was carried out in direct interaction between project partners. Organizing and conducting a working visit to the Kingdom of Norway by Norsk Energy was carried out highly professional. Lecturers from Norwegian side of the working seminar was extremely useful for the participants. The successful implementation of the project and established good partnerships between Advanst Business Consulting Ltd. and Norsk Energy they will be preserved after the completion of project activities in order to conduct other training if interested by the Bulgarian state and municipal employees and the realization of future joint projects.
