Description
The main objective of this project proposal is to increase the energy efficiency of hospital "Yulia Vrevskaya" LTD Byala, through commissioning an installation for production of energy from renewable sources used for heating and cooling. As a result of the activities envisaged in the present project proposal is expected to achieve the following outcomes: 1. Increase the production of renewable energy - with the implementation of project activities Hospital "Yulia Vrevskaya"Ltd will increase the annual production of renewable energy from 296 914 kW; 2. Reduction of CO2 emissions within 38,952 tons per year; 3. Ensure thermal comfort in the hospital "Yulia Vrevskaya" Ltd. meeting the required sanitary and hygiene requirements. 4. Achieving energy class "B" after the implementation of energy saving activities planned in the project. According to the scale of classes of energy consumption, the building in its current state belongs to energy class "C", on the scale of energy consumption, according to Art. 18 of Ordinance № RD 16-1058/10 December 2009 on the indicators for energy consumption and energy performance of buildings, thus complies with the regulatory requirements specified in Art. 6, paragraph 1, item 2, letter "b" of Ordinance № 7 of 15 December 2004 on energy efficiency, heat and energy savings in buildings
Summary of project results
The objectives of the project is the improving energy efficiency through the use of renewable energy sources in the municipal Hospital "Yulia Vrevskaya" Ltd., by replacement of part of the existing heating installation, installation of 3 heat pumps for all building and solar installation for spa department in the existing brick building with two wings of the hospital. The main goal of the project: “Improving the energy efficiency of Hospital "Julia Vrevskaya" LTD Byala, had been achieved by implementation of project activities. It was put into operation a system for production of energy from renewable sources for heating and cooling. Implementation of the project activities contributes to reducing economic and social disparities in the European Economic Area. The project has a positive impact on the environment by increasing the share of energy produced from renewable sources of energy needed for heating and cooling, on the one hand, as well as the expected reduction in carbon dioxide emissions at a rate of 38,952 t/year. Considerably improved conditions for the provision of quality medical services to the population of the Municipality of Byala and the Region, as a result of Project implementation. In order to achieve the planned results of the project, a solar and aerothermal installation for production of energy for heating and cooling has been delivered and installed in the Municipal Hospital "Yulia Vrevskaya" in Byala town, District Rousse. The following activities were carried out under the project: Delivery and installation of solar and aerothermal installation for production of energy for heating and cooling; development of a detailed working draft for construction of solar and aerothermal installation for production of energy for heating and cooling; Independent construction supervision; Visualization and publicity; development of a tender documentation for the project; Independent financial audit on the project; Organization and management of project activities.
