Programme Summary
Why is the programme needed? In order to meet challenges facing children and youth at risk in Hungary today, there is a need to develop more integrated responses at the national, local and institutional levels and improve capacities in educational, social and healthcare institutions to design better services and responses to efficiently support social inclusion and re-integration of marginalised children and youth. What will the programme achieve?- Creation of new innovative national approaches through international cooperation and exchange of best practice;
- Implementation of programmes, activities and care services based on both individuals and groups actively involving the children and youth at risk; their families and others in order to reduce risk factors and preventing social exclusion
- Development of at least 4 new methodologies, collection of good practices, research, adaptation, implementation, trainings, networks, exchange of experience;
- Establishment of at least 20 local sports integration professionals and offices in sport schools; 160 mentors working to prevent early school leaving in particular for Roma girls; events; community development, mentoring, trainings, providing background support for the participants;
- Improving capacities of at least 10 health and social care units providing trainings and mentoring for children with multifaceted problems
