Description
The purpose of the Project is to increase the energy efficiency of six public utility buildings in the Town and Commune of Nowy Dwór Gdanski by improving their thermal insulation properties, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application, dated 18 January 2007, and to further correspondence with the Focal Point dated 27 April, 24 May, 6 June, 12 July, 25 July, 26 July, 27 July, 1 August, 6 August and 16 August 2007. The completed Project shall include the replacement of windows and doors, insulation of the facade walls, ceilings and roofs, and modernisation of the central heating systems in the following six public utility buildings: 1. Primary School in Wierciny; 2. Primary School No. 2 in Nowy Dwór Gdanski; 3. Town Kindergarten No. 4 in Nowy Dwór Gdanski; 4. Primary School in Lubiszewo; 5. Kindergarten and School Complex in Kmiecin; 6. The building of the Town and Commune Office in Nowy Dwór Gdanski. The Project Promoter is the Town and Commune of Nowy Dwór Gdanski. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 57.91 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
