Description
The purpose of the Project is the reduction of thermal energy consumption through thermal modernisation of 2 public buildings in Skarzysko - Kamienna, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the Application, dated 9 January 2007 and to the correspondence with the Focal Point dated 30 March 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: Thermal insulation of two public buildings (Public Scool Complex nr. 1 with Pre-school nr.16 and the building of the Town Cultural Centre). The works will consist of: - thermal insulation of walls (except the Town Cultural Center); - replacement of doors and windows frames; - replacement of the central heating system. - Project publicity. The Project Promoter is the Municipality of Skarzysko - Kamienna. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
