Description
The purpose of the Project is the reduction of thermal energy consumption through thermal modernisation of a public building in Dzialdowo, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application, dated 4 September 2006, and additional information received through the Focal Point, dated 12 December 2006 and 23 March 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: Thermo modernisation works in the elementary school no. 3 (heat insulation of walls, replacement of windows and door woodwork and replacement of the central heating system). The Project Promoter is the Dzialdowo town commune. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 25 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost.
