Description
The purpose of the Project is to increase detection of foetus faults and monitoring of their detection in Podlasie Region with the overall objective of reduction parturient death rate and death rate in babies. Reference is made to the application dated 18 May 2006, and correspondence from the Focal Point sent on 17 July 2006. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - purchasing of specialist screening equipment, - training of gynaecologists, - creation and training of counselling teams, - provision of antenatal examinations and conduction of promotional campaigns among patients. The Project Promoter is the Independent Public Clinical Hospital of Medical University in Bialystock, in Podlasie Region. The Ministry of Health shall provide at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible project cost.
