Description
The purpose of the Project is to improve the employees' professional and management skills and to implement organisational human resources management solutions based on "Investors in People" standards, with the overall objective of enhancing the work performance and the quality of human resources management in the self-government units in the City of Poznan and in the Wielkopolska voivoidship. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - provide training and coaching for employees on newly created Human Resources management positions in the municipal organizational units; - provide management training (a block of training courses selected individually); - provide training courses (postgraduate studies, foreign languages - English and German, IT and customer service); - develop and organise e-learning programmes in English for administration and customer communication. These two courses will be made available on e-platform for all self-governments associated in the Educational and Local Government Studies Centre for the Wielkopolska Region (WOKISS); - develop the "Investors in People as a Management Method in Administration" manual; - purchase e-learning software; - organise a conference to promote and disseminate the results. The Project Promoter is the City of Poznan. The Educational and Local Government Studies Centre for the Wielkopolska Region (WOKiSS) is partner in the project. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost.
