Removing obstacles to educational mobility is a Europe-wide goal. Boosting transnational mobility helps students acquire new skills and strengthens future employability.Partnerships between higher education institutions are promoted under the Grants with scholarship programmes established in 11 countries. These programmes contribute to strengthen education systems through international cooperation and facilitate student and staff exchanges with Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
