This assessment is designed to summarise the achievements made by the Norway Grants Programme in the 2009-2014 funding period in the area of corrections in six countries: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania. The assessment was carried out between July and September 2019 and involved analysis of documentation relating to each country programme, interviews with key stakeholders and visits to a sample of project sites.
