The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlines how the Norway Grants funding will be implemented in Latvia in the 2014-2021 funding period. The MoU includes details on the country allocation, which programmes are to be funded, and the management set-up, including information on cooperation with the donor countries.
The MoU is in force as of 15 December 2017. It was modified on 16 December 2021.
