The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlines how the EEA Grants funding was implemented in Latvia in the 2009-2014 funding period. The MoU includes details on the country allocation, which programmes were to be funded, and the management set-up, including information on cooperation with the donor countries.
The Annex B to the MoU is in force as of 17 January 2014.
