Active Citizens Fund Manual for Fund Operators

This manual describes the implementation of the civil society programme, the Active Citizens Fund, funded by the EEA and Norway Grants 2014-2021. The Active Citizens Fund is established under Programme Area 15 ‘Civil Society’. The purpose of the Manual is to clarify specific references in the Programme Implementation Agreement and provide further rules and guidance to the Fund Operators in the development and implementation of the Active Citizens Fund.

Manual has been updated in December 2021.
