The results guideline provides national focal points, programme operators, donor programme partners, project promoters, donor project partners and staff of the Financial Mechanism Office (FMO) with the rules and obligations to complement the Regulations, and to assist them with recommendations in designing, implementing and reporting on programmes in the 2014-2021 funding period.
