The project will provide free access to cultural activities for the wide public who is interested in such activities. The cultural activities are conducted in a cultural and non-formal place – the ‘Dimitrie Ghica’ Park. ‘Carmen Sylva’ Cultural Centre, through its mission and as cultural trainer, will provide, by all available means, a continuity of activities initiated by this project for all consumers of cultural events. Within the project, there will be organized 10 craft workshops in ‘Dimitrie Ghica’ Park, where all participants will share specific representations of topics. For 7 days they will learn the secrets of typical Romanian fine arts, of Roma traditions, and specific traditional arts of Macedonia, Turkey and United Kingdom.
