Summary of project results

The project has allowed to extend the experience of the employees of 16 Voivodship Inspectorate of Environmental Protection and Chief Inspectorate of Environmental Protection in the field of modern measurement techniques related to air quality monitoring. The purchase of various types of modern analyzers and collectors for the measurement of air pollutants allowed to upgrade the measurement networks and contributed to raising the competence of VIEP employees in the field of servicing these devices. The purchase of quality assurance equipment (calibrators / flow meters) has allowed to increase the competencies of VIEP employees in the area of high quality of results. New systems for collecting and sharing air quality data purchased through the Project have allowed to gain experience in the operation and maintenance of new database systems for the collection of this type of information. The purchase of measuring equipment for the National Reference and Calibration Laboratory allowed the extension of the scope of inspections, calibrations and comparisons organized by the CIEP for the VIEP and gaining new experiences in the field of supervision of the quality of measurements conducted in the voivodship networks. All indicators planned in the project have been achieved.
