What will the partnership achieve?

Summary of project results

As the overall aim of the project, 1 performance of an intercultural contemporary artistic dance programme, coreography has been realized in the framework of 2 interactive dance artistic events in international partnership (venue No. 1: Trondheim, Norway; venue No. 2: Nyíregyháza, Hungary). Project specific aims were furthermore: 1) Presenting intercultural dialogue as a value, implementing activities aiming minorities with an anti-discriminative purpose. In relation to that, during the project 5 interactive, intercultural dance artistic workshops have been implemented. 2) Establishment of a Hungarian-donor (Norwegian) bilateral partnership, grounding the possibility for inclusive projects on a long term, with the opportunity of the introduction of intercultural dialogue and exclusive artistic performance genres. In this respect, 2 intercultural bilateral cooperation events (trips, donor-Hungarian relation) have been accomplished involving 15 persons as international artistic professionals and project partners regarding 2 joint performances of a contemporary work of art (and the rehearsals-processes before that). The total number of target persons involved was 2003.

Bilateral results

Continuous information was provided to the donor partner regarding the whole project implementation process, and the details regarding the trips of the delegates were negotiated. During project implementation, informal, non-formal dance activities and new interactive performances were performed on 5 venues (Trondheim - Norway and surrounding, Nyíregyháza - Hungary) involving 4 intercultural and interactive workshops for 4 dancers and dance pedagogues.
