Description

The economic crisis has lead many women to consider self-employment as a job option. However, as entrepreneurship has not been a traditional option for women there is a real need for support, advice and training to provide the necessary skills. This need is more pressing in the case of women who are at risk of exclusion, such as ethnic minorities, immigrants or disabled women. The project aims to offer these women assistance in establishing, running and consolidating their businesses, offering them the possibility of acquiring not only knowledge but also the skills which will empower them to succeed in the running of their businesses and their careers. Thanks to the exchange of good practices with Norway, we will develop an innovative methodology for intervention and will offer training, coaching and support in the development of their business plan, strategic or marketing plans to set up or consolidate their business.
