The Project had to general goals: 1) To raise awareness of gender aspects and gender equality topics in education among school staff, Rajaleidja career specialists and among pupils through gathering good practices, arranging thematic weeks in schools and through further analyse of school environments and to persuade target groups to continue the work after project. 2) To give a chance to four schools to study within one school year to notice how gender roles, gender inequality and stereotypes manifest itself in school environment under supervision of experts from the University of Tartu. Also to find practical solutions to treat all pupils equally and to promote gender equality on different levels in schools. Both targets were fulfilled as stated in Project proposal.
