The applicant works in the field of European and International Cooperation. She plans to visit the University of Bergen for exchange of experience aimed to improve administrative skills and extend bilateral cooperation between sending and host institutions. The project aims to improve the visivility and performance of the University. by exchange of experience in order to update and expand its services and enhance the quality of services, programmes and their management; by forging partnetships for joint projects under Erasmus + Programme. by acquiring new tools for managing students' entrance and exit and creating conditions for enhancing the international cooperation between the HEIs concerned. it would prove beneficial for the administrative staff, academic staff and students.
Summary of project results
there was a need for exchange of experience aimed to improve administrative skills and extend bilateral cooperation between sending and host institutions. The project aimed to improve the visisility and performance of the University. the objectives have been reaches - exchange of experience in order to update and expand the services and enhance the quality of services, programmes and their management. one organized event dedicated to the international researchers was attended, matching the objectives of the mobility; one presentation was delivered by the beneficiary, entitled: "The international activities of the University of Ruse"; a visit to the University museum was carried out, which which the Uni of Ruse has an agreement for partnership underway; acquired knowledge and understanding about the adiminstration of the incoming and outgoing mobilities at the Uni of Bergen.
