The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlines how the EEA Grants funding will be implemented in Estonia in the 2014-2021 funding period. The MoU includes details on the country allocation, which programmes are to be funded, and the management set-up, including information on cooperation with the donor countries.
The MoU is in force as of 10 May 2017, and was amended on 5 November 2018 and 21 June 2019.
