The 2009-2014 blue book presents all the programme areas supported by the EEA and Norway Grants during the 2009-2014 funding period.
The blue book includes the relevance of support of each programme area, the objectives, outcomes and suggested activities, as well as any specificities each programme area may have. All programmes and projects funded through the Grants must contribute to reaching the objectives and outcomes outlined in the blue book.
