Description
The main problem, causing the need for this project is the low cultural level of expertise, lack of managerial education. Cultural sector study found that the servants of cultural centers' are involved in too little training activities. As well, the municipalities during the study indicated that the largest problem in human resources for cultural institutions is finding new employees to vacant positions and that institutions have often unbalanced number of administrative, cultural, artistic and technical servants. The project will increase the cultural competence of employee and skills in the management field by taking over the best practices of the Kingdom of Norway in order to ensure effective management of cultural organizations, and to promote sustainable development in the cultural sector.
