Description

The project aims to create a model for Multisectorial Social Partnership between social entities with different approaches and fields of specializations -education and training, attention to homelessness, the environment and sustainability, strengthening of other institutions- to develop a new integrated approach for the analysis and sustainable solutions of very complex social problems. This approach shall incorporate the diversity of persons, particularly in gender terms, but also regarding their age, origin and race, religious belief and sexual orientation. The model for Multisectorial Social Partnership shall increase efficacy, efficiency and sustainability of social entities. It promotes the exploitation of synergies and a better joint use of resources of the entities of the Partnership. The 5 entities that integrate the Partnership will be the direct beneficiaries of the project. Indirectly, all beneficiaries of the projects of each partner (estimated to be around 30,000 persons) will be able to benefit from the better performance of the entities, specifically the participants in the pilot project (some 200 persons).

Summary of project results

The project, has consisted mainly in establishing ties of cross-cooperation between the entities creating the network "Group Share". The cooperation has resulted in the development and consolidation of a process of reflection and debate that has served to improve their performances and their impact getting better the collaboration with others. As a result of their work, they have ellaborate a guide that develops a model of systemic and collaborative learning, based on the intervention and reflections carried out by the network "Group Share". These learning, mark a path, not an ending point, but an important direction to all entities that want to advance in the implementation of systemic strategies collaboratively, following the model design by "Group Share". The model has the inspiration os "Sustainable Neighborhoods", a pilot project that has served as example of systemic approach. Thanks to this collaborative development, the organisations that participated in the project are improving their coordination and management. Its own complexity and systemic nature has meant that not all its actions have been developed in the terms in which it was originally planned, but the players involved on it, have been adapting approaches, making efforts and developing tasks to the challenges that have emerged, making the project, a comprehensive intervention concerning sustainable urban development. All these vicissitudes are significantly enriching the experience of the "Group Share" in relation to their skills and the development of actions in their own entities.
