The main activity of NGO A Home For Every Child has been solving crisis situations of children and families with children with various social problems. So far, there has been no time or opportunity for long-term planning of activities, but there is a great need for this. The main objective of the project is to increase the capacity of of activities of NGO A Home For Every Child. For this the development plan of the organization will be prepared, a system for collecting donations to raise the NGO's financial capacity and indicators for assessing the impact of corporate activities will be developed. Ultimate beneficiaries of the project are all children and families using the services of an NGO A Home For Every Child.
Summary of project results
The main objective of the project of NGO Home for Every Child was to increase the organization's operational capability and the objective was reached. During the project the development plan for the organization for years 2015-2018 was prepared. Many target groups - NGO Home for Every Child staff, volunteers, government workers, school employees and other NGO-s - were involved in the project. For the first time beneficiaries of the project – families - were included in preparing of the document. For maintaining the project's results a plan for collecting donations was created. This allows the NGO to increase the organization's financial capability. Effectiveness of service delivery was analyzed and indicators of performance measurements were agreed upon. As a result of the project the organizational capability of NGO Home for Every Child has increased.
