Description
There is a lack of strong organisations in Estonia which use innovative and impact based methods for tackling societal problems. The problem stems from the lack of skills required for designing and starting such organisations as well as from the lack of experience in piloting and developing new initiatives. This project aims to create more capable organisations and socially innovative initiatives which use new, more impactful methods for tackling societal problems. Through the project new tools will be developed for assessing and developing organisation's innovative capabilities as well as for starting and developing new initiatives. The target groups of the project are third sector organisations, their financiers, and policy makers. The narrower target groups are the teams of Good Deed Foundation and Estonian Social Enterprise Network as well as 12 other NGO-s participating in the training.
