Description
The project addresses the need to improve the quality of education services offered by the applicant, Step by Step Programme Foundation. The project aims at boosting the applicant’s organizational, methodological, technological and financial capacity through an e-platform that can be used by both educational institutions and NGOs. First, the learning environment will be analyzed in the context of using an e-platform by NGOs, universities and schools. Second, the e-platform for education management will be installed and configured. Third, a 6-day training of expert trainers will be carried out. The trainers will learn to use the e-platform during the 3-module training focused on e-learning, the e-platform and the development of a thematic e-learning course. Finally, the trainers will develop 8 courses on the philosophy of learning and the organization and management of the learning environment. The project will benefit the applicant, other related NGOs and educational institutions.
Summary of project results
The project addressed the need to improve the quality of education services offered by the applicant, Step by Step Programme Foundation. It improved the capacity of the organization to plan and develop flexible curricula to meet the pupils’ needs. In addition, the participation of teachers in e- training sessions enabled them to boost their competence without being absent from the workplace. Indirectly competence acquired from e-training sessions will be an important premise for the successful acquisition of the 8 key competences by pupils. The following documents were prepared under the project: - a report from the research and analysis of the condition of the education environment with the help of the e-platform for administration of the training of teachers employed by the education system - 5 printed materials, 10 CDs and posts on the e-platform; - e-platform that has been installed and adjusted to administer training; - 18 е-courses in 6 categories; - Facebook page of the platform with more than 600 followers; - e-training sessions organized for 8 certified trainers; - 500 leaflets, brochures and banners published.
