Description

Vulnerable groups, including refugees, are highly underrepresented in skilled jobs in Lithuania, despite many of them having skills and qualifications that would enable them to find skilled employment. This is both due to the prevailing issue of racial discrimination in the society as a whole and the job market specifically, as well as due to the lack of knowledge by companies on how to make recruitment for highly skilled positions processes more inclusive.
