Description

The aim of this initiative is to gain valuable experience from Norwegian partners through an intensive study visit to NO, focusing on the implementation of HR issues such as prison conditions, care for the mentally ill prisoners, removal of children from families, the effective investigation of crimes committed by the police, cooperation between police and mental health facilities, de-escalation techniques, discrimination against children in education, gender equality, equal pay, women''s representation in decision-making, and domestic violence.
