Description
This pre-defined bilateral initiative was focused on the bilateral capacity building and know-how transfer between Arts and Culture Norway and Slovak Arts Council. The exchange and study trips would be focused on the practises and expertise exchanges between Norwegian Arts and Culture and Slovak Arts Council - exchanging knowledge on thematic areas, building capacity and competence of staff, investigating differences and similarities in the practices of two Arts Councils. After the exchange project new knowledge, skills and practices incorporated in both Arts Councils are expected, as well
