Description

The initiative emphasises bilateral cooperation within the "Correctional Services" programme, facilitating closer collaboration among the Latvian Prison Administration, State Probation Service, and Norwegian partners – Norwegian Correctional Services and Oslo Red Cross (Network After Imprisonment). The State Probation Service will implement the following activities: Exchange visits to Croatia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Romania, Norway, Bulgaria and Latvia; Motivational Interviewing Trainer Training; and Strengthening Cooperation with the Norwegian Mediation Center.
