Description
The main objective of the initiative is to establish strong working ties between Latvia, Norway and the USA, especially in the field of combating environmental crimes. The joint study visit of representatives of Latvian and Norwegian law-enforcement authorities to the USA will not only provide both practical and theoretical knowledge of how investigations are carried out by US colleagues, but also will provide ideas how laws and regulations might be improved in Latvia and Norway to achieve better results in investigating environmental crimes.
