Description

The initiative links two parts of the labour market – delivering to each of them support according to their current needs. The project consists of 2 components:


  • Development of an effective activation tool for Ukrainians,

  • Preparation of the companies to employ people from Ukraine,

 

Activation tool

It is estimated that the Polish labour market is able to absorb up to 700,000  people from Ukraine. Activation work with this group should be aimed at effective and quick return to the employment market. It requires a flexible approach, specialist’s knowledge, individualized and comprehensive support
