Description
The SGRE study visit represent a continuous acceleration of bilateral relations between Iceland and Slovakia while following up on the visit of Icelandic President to Slovakia in October 2022. Green by Iceland invited SARIO to organise an expert study visit to Iceland as part of the deepening dialogue in terms of geothermal and renewable energy sources together with focus on their sustainable exploitation. Summary of the results
The initiative has successfully completed all planned activities: an expert study visit to Iceland, visit of power plants producing heating and electricity from geothermal and water sources, visit and meeting with H.E. President of Iceland, business forum for entrepreneurs and relevant stakeholders.
