Summary of the results

The initiative consisted of several key activities aimed at enhancing the skills and services of the Development and Innovation Learning Center (AIMC):

  1. Study Visit Preparation (April 19, 2023): A Zoom meeting was held with participants including representatives from Norsensus Mediaforum and AIMC. The goal was to plan and prepare the study visit program to align with AIMC''s needs.

  2. Learning Activities in Norway (May 3-6, 2023): Two AIMC representatives, Ada Paula Vītoliņa (graphic designer) and Andris Sarksņa (learning process organizer), visited Oslo, Norway. They participated in workshops organized by Norsensus Mediaforum, focusing on storytelling, video editing, and media tools. They also met with companies like Komet Media and Gyldendal Asa to exchange experiences and explore media services and digital content creation. Key takeaways included skills in creating TikTok filters and organizing educational workshops.

  3. Development and Improvement of Services (Latvia, Post-Visit): Upon returning, the representatives shared their knowledge with AIMC board members, leading to the development of new services by July 31, 2023. A trial seminar on TikTok filter usage in communication was conducted on August 15, 2023, with 21 participants. Feedback from the seminar helped refine the content and format for future offerings. Additionally, discussions with Norsensus Mediaforum continued, particularly addressing how to improve graphic quality in their services.
