CIRAC intends acquire new knowledge, methods and approaches in the areas of fundraising/diversification of sources of financing and communication. This will be achieved through the promotion of synergies and collaboration with the funding countries and of the sustainability and efficiency of CIRAC''s action in fundraising and communication.
