Description
One of the priorities of the artistic residency is to connect with art professionals in Iceland, including activities like studio visits in Reykjavik and the region, focusing on potential collaborations for artistic projects; art spaces and museum visits, strengthening the understanding of the local scene and art history. The artist would focus on the common ground and the differences between the two cultures from different interest points - agriculture, cuisine, landscape, design, human interaction, with the purpose of producing a new body of work during the stay in Reykjavik.
