Description
The subject of the project is the purchase of software designed for planning the volume and performance of field social service Care service. PS Homediss provides services in the Regional District Hodonín (18 municipalities, radius of action 286 km2) in the range of MON-SUN 06.00-22.00 hours in the capacity of 20 caregivers. Number of clients in 2022:197. The market research has identified the Tasha software, which can be used to draw up daily service plans. Currently, services are planned manually with auxiliary spreadsheets, which is complicated and inconvenient in a growing volume of services. The aim is to introduce a sophisticated method for a more flexible system of working and thus improve the quality of the service provided.
